Kyung Hee University School of Dentistry founded in 1967 is the first accredited private dental school in Korea, and over 3,500 dentists have graduated in the past 54 years. The purpose of Kyung Hee University School of Dentistry is to produce dental clinicians and dental researchers with professional performance and compassion to serve the community and contribute as the next generation of oral health care leaders. The school aims to train respected global dentists responsible for oral health.

We aim for the future. With the COVID-19 outbreak, education is not only restricted to classrooms on campus any more. Our dental curriculum has adopted online education programs and expanded with virtual education courses and 3D virtual training units.

We aim for constant improvement. The opinions and demands from the society, the community, and teachers on competencies of the undergraduates will be evaluated and responded to. Through peer feedback programs, any shortcoming will be overcome to foster competent leaders in dentistry and pursue high level of education, research, and patient care.

We aim for collaboration with the society. The faculty is dedicated to educating future dentists to enhance the health of individuals and the welfare of the public, while establishing the ethics and values of the dental profession as well as its social role in the community.

As one of the three dental schools located in Seoul, we are committed to excellence in all that we strive to accomplish with our students, faculty, staff and alumni.
