Department of Conservative Dentistry
Conservative dentistry deals with the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis that occur in teeth and the periapical regions. It restores the proper shape and structure of teeth, discomfort, lost function, and aesthetics in maintaining the physiological state of health.
Department of Prosthodontics
Prosthodontics offers diverse treatment options for patients with complex restorative needs, restoring the function and esthetics of lost and damaged teeth or surrounding tissues. This department continually strives to provide the highest standard of dental care available introducing new materials and associated digital techniques while fostering long-term relationships with patients.
Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery studies diseases in the oral and maxillofacial as well as facial and neck region, surgical extraction, prosthetic surgery with artificial tooth implantation, trauma in the facial region, infections of the jaw, diseases of the head and neck, developmental craniofacial anomalies, oral and maxillofacial diseases, dental maxillary sinus diseases, reconstruction of jaw and face, and the disorders of the temporomandibular joint.
Department of Pediatric Dentistry
Pediatric dentistry understands the behavior of pediatric patients and provides dental care for children and adolescents with dental caries, treatment of traumatized teeth, and orthodontic treatment. This department also provides oral health care services for patients of all ages with special health care needs.
Department of Periodontology
Periodontology carries out research activities and clinical practices dealing with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the periodontal diseases, and the management of esthetics, functional recovery, and maintenance of the periodontal tissues as well.
Department of Orthodontics
Orthodontics includes preventative and therapeutic procedures that move teeth and supervise the craniofacial growth in forming normal occlusion and correct facial appearance. Specialized fields in our department are Invisible orthodontics, Speedy orthodontics, 3D imaging, Multidisciplinary approaches for obstructive sleep apnea, and surgical orthodontics.
Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology
Oral and maxillofacial radiology establishes the patient's diagnostic system and evaluates interpretation for diagnostic images of diseases on the oral and maxillofacial regions. The images obtained by using various imaging devices such as radiography, CT, ultrasound, and MRI are judged, and the surgical guidance and treatment plan using the obtained images are established. It is to perform image interventional procedures for salivary gland, temporomandibular joint treatment and implant surgery and to cultivate various clinical application ability using image information.
Department of Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine
Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine examines and treats the diseases of the oral cavity and soft tissues, studies pertinent psychology, neurology, and endocrinology as well as basic clinical studies related to oral biology, pathology, and immunology.
